Full-Process Control
Pre-welding Control: Strictly review customer-incoming materials (material reports, dimensions) and manage welding materials (welding wire, shielding gas) in a standardized manner. All welding procedures must pass the first-piece trial weld and section inspection before being locked and solidified.
In-welding Control: The welding process is strictly executed by robots according to the locked program, and key parameters (current, voltage, speed, gas flow rate) are monitored and recorded in real time. Operators and quality inspectors conduct dual supervision through standardized operating procedures and process inspection points.
Post-welding Control: Implement a strict first-piece inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection system. In addition to visual inspection, we can provide or assist with non-destructive testing (such as penetrant testing (PT), ultrasonic testing (UT), coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and destructive testing (such as macroscopic metallography and tensile testing) according to customer requirements.
