This design enables parallel operations of "loading and unloading" and "welding," nearly doubling the overall efficiency of the equipment. Production Facilities

The workshop is equipped with core equipment such as large gantry machining centers, high-precision CNC machine tools, laser trackers, and coordinate measuring machines, enabling independent precision machining and full-process quality inspection of critical structural components. Temperature and humidity-controlled precision assembly areas and standardized testing stations ensure that each robot is assembled and calibrated in the optimal environment, guaranteeing product consistency and reliability from the source.

Factory Scale

The company has invested over 100 million RMB, building a modern production plant and R&D center with a total area exceeding 10,000 square meters. We have a team of experienced engineers and technicians, possessing strong supply chain integration and production organization capabilities. Currently, the standard annual production capacity for robot bodies reaches 800 units, and we have the integration capabilities for large welding workstations and non-standard units, enabling us to simultaneously meet the needs of large-scale and customized production of multiple batches and models of products.

Production Line Capabilities

We have built a complete vertical industrial chain from machining, welding, painting to final assembly and testing. The production line adopts a modular and flexible design, allowing for rapid switching between the production of different robot models and positioners. Through strict process control and quality traceability systems, the self-manufacturing rate of core components exceeds 70%, ensuring absolute control over quality, cost, and delivery time. Each piece of equipment leaving the factory undergoes over 200 hours of load testing and performance testing to achieve a 100% factory pass rate.
